What you’ll do
- Create engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube & more – from concept to final edit.
- Research and analyze current social media trends to develop innovative content formats.
- Support editing and repurposing of user-generated content (UGC) for our channels.
- Collaborate closely with our German marketing team and international colleagues in Singapore and Malaysia.

What you bring to the table
- Fluent in German and English in order to converse effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- You live and breathe TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube – you know the trends and how the algorithms work.
- Experience in video production for social media, with confidence in handling camera, sound, lighting, and editing.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- A self-driven, organized, creative, and motivated mindset – and you’re comfortable being in front of the camera regularly.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse zur effektiven Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Vertrautheit mit TikTok, Insta, YouTube – du kennst die Trends und weißt, wie man die Algorithmen bedient.
- Erfahrung in der Social Media Video-Produktion und sicherer Umgang mit Kamera, Ton, Licht und Schnitt.
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Programmen wie Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro oder vergleichbarer Software.
- Selbstständige, strukturierte, kreative und motivierte Arbeitsweise, sowie die Bereitschaft, regelmäßig vor der Kamera zu stehen.
