A leading SG-based telecoms client is looking for a Social Media Strategist (Freelance, Remote) who will develop and execute social media strategies, particularly for the LinkedIn platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for a B2B tech brand, covering key platforms like LinkedIn and client's webpage.
- Create and curate engaging, high-quality social content that resonates with the target audience of technology decision-makers and business leaders.
- Manage the full social media content creation process, from ideation to publishing and community engagement.
- Maintain a social media content calendar to ensure a steady stream of relevant and timely updates across platforms.
- Analyze social media performance and usage metrics to optimize the social media strategy and content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align social media activities with broader business and marketing objectives.
- Develop and implement a strategy for sustainability-focused social media content.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and refine the social media approach.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or a related field, with a focus on B2B tech audiences.
- Proven track record of successful social media strategies and campaigns, particularly on the LinkedIn platforms and company website.
- Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills, with the ability to develop compelling, on-brand social media posts.
- Strong understanding of social media performance metrics and analytics, including the ability to measure and report on key KPIs.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, content calendars, and best practices for community engagement.
