Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a strategic Social Media Specialist who balances analytical precision with a passion for creative storytelling. In this role you will manage your clients campaigns end-to-end from ideation to execution. 

You will sit at the intersection of our Performance Social and Video Production teams. You’ll use platform data, AI tools and your own creative intuition to concept, and optimise high-converting short-form video for social.  There is a team of videographers and editors to bring your ideas to life, while you manage the distribution, optimisation and reporting of your campaigns across Meta, TikTok & Pinterest.

Responsibilities

• In-Platform Management: You will be responsible for setting up, launching, and managing campaigns within Meta & TikTok Ads Manager. 
• Reporting: You’ll monitor metrics (Hook Rates, Hold Rates, and CTR) to kill underperforming ads and scale winners. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok Ads Manager is required to monitor and interpret key conversion data.

• Performance Ideation: Develop high-volume creative concepts for TikTok & Meta.
• Persona-Driven Ideation: Develop creative concepts based on persona research. You will identify the unique pain points, desires, and objections of different customer segments and translate them into bespoke visual hooks. 

What We’re Looking For

Must haves

• Hands-on Experience: You have managed paid campaigns and can navigate TikTok and Meta Business Managers. 
• The Performance Brain: You understand what hook rates, hold rates, and ROAS actually mean.
• Short-Form Mastery: You have a deep, intuitive understanding of the language of social video (the pacing, the transitions, the native feel).
• AI-Forward: You view AI as a partner. You are proficient in using prompt engineering to audit competitors or brainstorm creative angles.

         Nice to have but not essential..

• Bonus points If you can pick up a camera and shoot some short form native social content 

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in a related role 
• Proven Track Record: A portfolio with case studies with specific performance wins.
• Education/Training: A degree in Marketing or Advertising
