We're Looking For A: Social Media Specialist that is responsible for developing and executing successful social media strategies. The role involves mentoring junior social media specialists, overseeing social media campaigns, analyzing and reporting on social media metrics, and collaborating with other departments to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives.
Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid)
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Create and publish engaging monthly content on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and drive engagement and conversion
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of social media activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices and incorporate them into social media strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Support other marketing and company initiatives as needed.

  • Social media management: Proficiency in managing social media platforms and using social media management tools to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze metrics.
  • Content creation: Ability to create engaging content for social media platforms that resonate with the target audience and aligns with the brand's tone and messaging.
  • Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative ideas for social media campaigns and content
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with the audience and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Strategic Development: Ability to execute social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and drive engagement, traffic, and leads.
  • Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure social media content is error-free and consistent with the brand's style and guidelines.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in social media algorithms and trends and adjust social media strategies accordingly.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing social media in the Beauty, Pet, and/or Wellness industry
  • Experience working with UserGenerated Content/Creators that can drive organic follower growth and support company revenue goals
  • 3+ years Experience managing multiple Direct Response brands in the health, beauty, or pet industries preferred
  • Direct to Consumer (D2C) preferred

The base salary range for this position is $55,200-$73,700, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
