Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts aligned with branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
  
• Utilize media editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software to produce high-quality visual content.
  
• Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment and industry trends; respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
  
• Help acquire photos from architects and contractors for completed projects to be used in Social Media postings. 
  
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and visibility.
  
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize campaign performance.
  
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Buffer, Hoot-suite, and native platform analytics.
  
• Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.
  
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media management.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to align social media strategies with broader business goals.
  

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
  
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with social listening tools like Buffer or Hoot-suite for monitoring brand reputation.
  
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms.
  
• Knowledge of SEO principles, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing performance monitoring techniques.
  
• Strong content creation skills, including writing engaging posts, proofreading for accuracy, and maintaining consistent brand voice.
  
• Ability to analyze social media data using analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments for improved engagement metrics.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with target audiences.
