  • Support marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and event coverage, including incentive trips and corporate events across Europe.
  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, and platform updates to continuously optimise performance.
  • Perform other marketing and creative duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency in photography, light video editing, and basic graphic design.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian; proficiency in French or Spanish is an advantage (not required).
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mindset with strong analytical ability to assess social media effectiveness and audience insights.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, works independently, and collaborates effectively with global teams.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media, marketing, or a similar creative role.
  • Experience in the direct selling or multi-level marketing (MLM) industry is an advantage.
