About the Role

We’re looking for driven and socially fluent Social Media Recruiters to help scale our creator network across TikTok and Instagram. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying and converting talented creators into StudyFetch’s UGC/Creator Program by conducting outreach, explaining program details, and ensuring contracts are signed. This is a 3-month contract position designed to support a major creator expansion initiative. You’ll work closely with the Creator and Marketing teams to connect with creators who align with StudyFetch’s brand and help them take the first step in joining our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential creators on TikTok and Instagram who align with StudyFetch’s mission and brand style

• Conduct outreach via DMs, email, and social channels to build interest and explain program opportunities

• Communicate program details clearly; including deliverables, compensation, and timelines

• Manage the end-to-end contracting process, ensuring creator agreements are reviewed and signed promptly

• Coordinate with internal Creator Program team members for smooth handoff after contract signing

• Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and signed agreements using internal tools

• Track conversion metrics and provide feedback to optimize messaging and outreach strategies

• Represent the StudyFetch brand with professionalism and enthusiasm across all interactions

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in influencer recruiting, creator partnerships, or social media marketing

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially across TikTok and Instagram communities

• Ability to clearly articulate program expectations and respond to creator questions with accuracy and confidence

• Highly organized, with a results-driven mindset and strong follow-through to ensure contract completion

• Passion for digital culture, creators, and connecting people with opportunities

• Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment

Contract Details

• Fixed-term 3-month contract

• Compensation: $8,000 per month

• High-performing contractors may be considered for full-time opportunities upon completion of the contract
