You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and strategies that align with our business goals. ## Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals. * Create, edit, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms. * Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to optimize content performance. * Utilize social media management tools such as Hootsuite to schedule and track posts. * Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency. * Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews. * Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices. * Analyze and report on social media performance and suggest improvements. ## Qualifications * 0-5 years of experience in social media management or a related field. * Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. * Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics. * Experience with audience and buyer persona research. * Familiarity with social media KPIs and analytics tools. * Excellent multitasking and time-management skills. * Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. ## Why Join Us?
