- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across key platforms, including Instagram and YouTube.
- Plan, create, and publish platform-specific content such as copy, images, and videos.
- Oversee daily management of social channels, including posting schedules, community engagement, and customer interaction.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize future content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure brand consistency and support integrated campaigns.
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to drive innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in social media or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.
- Proficiency in creative production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) for video and image asset creation.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and original content ideas.
- Experience using analytics and management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio submission required.
- Experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or community building.
- Familiarity with SEO and paid media campaigns.
- Basic skills in motion graphics, storytelling, or short-form video production.
