As a Social Media Marketing Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the organization's internal and external communications, focusing on digital channels to effectively engage target audiences. Your work will involve developing strategies that communicate the organization's mission, values, and initiatives to stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, and the media.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful relationships and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, enhancing your personal brand and skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and stakeholders. You are expected to deliver quality work and embrace ambiguity, using these moments as opportunities for growth. In this role, you will utilize various tools and methods to gather data, measure campaign performance, and collaborate with other teams to validate consistency in digital marketing across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to engage target audiences effectively
- Managing and optimizing social media platforms to enhance brand presence and audience interaction
- Analyzing campaign performance data to generate insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborating with internal teams to align digital content strategies with organizational goals
- Conducting competitive analysis to inform digital marketing strategies and initiatives
- Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive audience engagement and growth
- Monitoring social media trends and audience feedback to adapt strategies and content
- Building relationships with stakeholders to support communication objectives and initiatives
- Leveraging data analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and platforms
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
