ResponsibilitiesManage and grow TMC Trailers' social media presence
Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Respond to messages, comments, and online inquiries
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads
Answer inbound sales calls and assist customers with trailer inquiries
Follow up with leads and help move prospects through the sales process
Assist with online advertising and marketing campaigns
Help promote inventory, specials, events, and company initiatives
Strong communication skills
Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
Experience with Facebook and social media platforms
Basic knowledge of marketing and content creation
Self-motivated and organized
Sales experience is a plus but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
