We're growing fast and we're looking for a Social Media Manager who thrives in a high-velocity environment, thinks in communities, and knows how to turn a fintech product into content people actually want to follow.

What will you be doing?

• Own and execute the monthly content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn)

• Adapt tone and messaging by market (AR, CO, MX, BO) and audience vertical (freelancers, investors, travelers, SMBs)

• Align organic content with paid campaigns, product launches, and market moments

• Brief and oversee the production of reels, carousels, stories, and copy alongside the creative team

• Write and edit copy across different registers: educational, product, community, and financial literacy

• Maintain visual and voice consistency with Wallbit's brand guidelines

• Moderate comments and DMs across all platforms

• Spot viralization opportunities, trending topics, and relevant conversations in the fintech/crypto/remote work space

• Coordinate creator activations: briefing, asset delivery, and post-review

• Report weekly on key metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, and CTR to download/sign-up

• Propose data-driven optimizations around formats, posting times, and markets

• Work within the Creative Team, collaborating with the Growth and Product teams, to align messaging and product launches

• Manage content approvals efficiently and without friction

Who are we looking for?

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management in fintech, crypto, or a fast-paced startup environment

• Proven ability to build and engage communities across LATAM markets

• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone by platform and audience

• Data-driven mindset

• Experience coordinating with content creators and influencers: briefing, follow-up, and performance review

• Comfortable using AI tools to scale content production

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the cultural and financial nuances of LATAM markets (AR, CO, MX, BO)

• Understanding of the freelancer, remote worker, or digital nomad ecosystem
