• Own and lead Base44’s full social media presence across platforms like X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn and Reddit

• Shape and evolve our brand voice and online persona to authentically connect with indie hackers, creators and builders

• Create and publish engaging, scroll-stopping content daily—without waiting for lengthy briefs or approvals

• Drive platform-specific strategies, understanding the nuances of each channel and what resonates with its audience

• Proactively manage and grow online conversations, sparking engagement and building community around the brand

• Embrace experimentation and move quickly, using AI and automation tools to streamline content creation and ideation

• Act as the digital face of Base44, consistently amplifying our story in a way that feels native, fresh, and impactful

• You naturally think in viral concepts, engaging hooks, and formats designed for social success

• Independently capable of producing daily, impactful content—writing sharp copy, creating visuals, scripting short-form videos, or crafting memes

• Using AI and automation is second nature to you, enabling you to scale your creativity, productivity, and content effectiveness effortlessly

• Intuitive knowledge of what succeeds on X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit and adapt your approach accordingly

• Strong instincts for moderating, seeding authentic conversations, and growing genuine engagement on Reddit without sounding promotional

• Clear writing tone that is compelling, clever, and tailored to resonate deeply with Base44’s audience

• Ability to take initiative, shipping consistently and quickly adapting based on feedback and performance insights

• Have previously grown a brand or personal social media presence to substantial traction – advantage

• Regularly participate in indie hacker, creator, or tech-builder communities – advantage

• Excel at transforming user stories, product updates, and internal experiments into highly engaging social narratives  – advantage
