About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team at Thesis. This role is pivotal in strengthening our brand presence and engaging our community across all social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing our social media channels, and analyzing social media performance to drive engagement and growth.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals to increase awareness, organic traffic and engage customers .
  • Create performant organic content for various social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and LinkedIn. 
  • Manage all social media accounts, including daily monitoring, posting, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, CX/Coaching, to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting on channel  performance metrics and translate qualitative and quantitative data into content recommendations. 
  • Stay up-to-date  on industry trends, best practices, customer feedback, and emerging platforms to optimize social media campaigns and initiatives.
  • Partner closely with our Creative team to  leverage opportunities for creator partnerships, collaborations, and user-generated content to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

We're Excited About Your:

  • Proven experience as a Content, Community, or Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful social campaigns and community engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with proficiency in social media management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and content creation.
  • Quick and efficient work. You’re able to conceptualize and execute social briefs on tight timelines, while you manage competing priorities.
  • Quantitative approach to social: you know how to analyze metrics in order to direct and improve a social strategy over time.
  • Conceptual thinking and ability to take a complex idea and make it relatable. You do this both independently and part of a creative team.
  • Optimism, empathy, and how you enjoy working with a team to reach shared goals.
  • Experience developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships is a plus.
  • Nice to have: a passion for the health and wellness industry, with a genuine interest in nootropics and cognitive performance

Pay Transparency

$70,000$85,000 USD
