Responsibilities● Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy and community engagement strategy for a new gaming brand.
● Establish and maintain the brand's tone of voice across all social media platforms.
● Create a clear roadmap that outlines key initiatives, campaigns, and growth opportunities across all platforms.
● Open and manage all relevant digital assets, including social media accounts on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
● Collaborate closely with the design department to develop visually appealing and brand-consistent content.
● Craft high-quality social media posts and copywriting that engage and grows the community.
● Utilize advanced analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and community engagement initiatives against strategic KPIs based on data-driven decisions.
● Present insightful reports and strategic reviews to stakeholders, demonstrating progress, achievements, and target KPIs.
● Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Monetization, and Analytics teams to align social media strategies with overall brand goals.
● Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, advocating for the brand's strategic needs and sharing successes and insights.
Requirements● 3-4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager in the gaming industry.
● A strategic thinker with creativity, innovation, and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and understanding audience behaviors.
● Proficiency in content planning, calendar management, high level copywriting skills.
● Data-driven mindset.
● Technical skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
● Familiarity with the American market.
● Native-level proficiency in English
