We’re looking for a Social Media & Creator Engagement Manager to lead our social and creator strategy in Thailand—bringing bold ideas, local insight, and a deep love for storytelling to the breakfast table. Your mission: to help families across the country start their day with joy, nourishment, and meaningful connection.
You’ll own the social media calendar, build impactful influencer partnerships, and translate regional strategies into culturally resonant local content that speaks to Thai parents and kids alike.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Social & Content Strategy
- Drive local content planning, ensuring all Thailand activities align with regional brand direction.
- Translate regional campaign ideas and copy into culturally relevant Thai executions—ensuring tone, humor, and messaging resonate locally.
- Work closely with regional Social and Creative teams to adapt regional content for the Thai market while maintaining brand consistency.
Manage Creator & Influencer Engagement
- Identify, source, and engage with creators and influencers—both paid and unpaid—to co-create authentic, impactful content.
- Lead negotiations, contracts, and budget management for creator collaborations.
- Build long-term relationships with creators who align with the brand’s values and voice.
Craft & Localize Thai Content
- Write compelling, on-brand Thai copy for social posts, creator briefs, and campaign activations.
- Ensure all content—both brand-led and creator-led—feels naturally Thai and emotionally relevant.
Track, Analyze & Optimize
- Monitor content and creator performance using platform analytics and influencer tracking tools.
- Share monthly learnings, insights, and actionable recommendations to optimize future efforts.
- Oversee community management, ensuring all interactions are timely, thoughtful, and aligned with brand tone.
Collaborate & Activate
- Partner with internal teams, and creators to bring bold social activations to life—from UGC campaigns to giveaways and live moments.
- Stay ahead of Thai parenting, pop culture, and social trends—proactively integrating them into campaigns and content planning.
Who You Are:
- A digital storyteller with strong experience in both social media and creator/influencer engagement.
- A confident communicator who can bridge regional ideas with local nuance through thoughtful translation and execution.
- Skilled in negotiating and managing budgets for creator partnerships.
- Naturally plugged into Thai social culture, parenting communities, and digital trends.
- Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent writing skills in both languages.
- Hands-on, collaborative, and excited to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
