Venture Capital Social Media Manager (Remote)

We're seeking an exceptional Social Media Manager to amplify our voice and build influential communities across platforms. This role will be instrumental in establishing Decile Group as the definitive thought leader in venture capital education while driving engagement with our educational programs.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Develop a social media strategy aligned with our mission of transforming venture capital
• Create compelling content that resonates with general partners and limited partners
• Grow our community on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
• Collaborate with our programs team to amplify content from our programs
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize our social presence
• Support the promotion of virtual events, webinars, and program launches
