Social Media Manager - Base44

Base44 is searching for a social-obsessed, internet-native creative to fully own and lead our entire presence across social media platforms. You’ll shape our voice, build our online persona, and consistently produce engaging content that stops people scrolling and gets them talking.

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social media—someone who instinctively knows what works online, understands platform nuances, and can independently drive content creation and engagement without waiting for approval or extensive briefs. You’ll create daily content across platforms like X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit, managing our brand’s entire online conversation with a creative and authentic touch.

This role is perfect if you thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace experimentation, and naturally incorporate AI and automation into your daily workflow. Your mission will be to amplify Base44’s story, helping indie hackers, creators, and builders everywhere discover and engage with our brand.

• Full-Stack Content Creation: You're independently capable of producing daily, impactful content—writing sharp copy, creating visuals, scripting short-form videos, or crafting memes.
• AI-Native Mindset: Using AI and automation is second nature to you, enabling you to scale your creativity, productivity, and content effectiveness effortlessly.
• Platform-Specific Fluency: You have intuitive knowledge of what succeeds on X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit and adapt your approach accordingly.
• Reddit Moderation Skills: You have strong instincts for moderating, seeding authentic conversations, and growing genuine engagement on Reddit without sounding promotional.
• Strong Writing Voice: Your tone is clear, compelling, clever, and tailored to resonate deeply with Base44’s audience.
• Independent Action-Oriented: You prefer to take initiative, shipping consistently and quickly adapting based on feedback and performance insights.
