Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media feeds to effectively engage with a wide range of demographics throughout Spokane County. This role is crucial in helping us amplify our message and connect with the community.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.
Manage and curate content for various social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels and respond to community interactions.
Analyze social media metrics to optimize content and strategy.
Collaborate with team members to align social media efforts with organizational goals.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.

What We Do
The Spokane County Democratic Central Committee (SCDCC), known as the Spokane County Democrats, is a local political organization in Washington state. It focuses on electing Democratic candidates to public office and promoting a platform based on human rights, social justice, and economic equity. The organization works to register voters, endorse candidates, and advocate for policies that benefit the community and ensure equal opportunity for all.
