Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Brand Channel Management – Handle video uploads, metadata optimisation, and SEO for maximum discoverability.
Topic & Trend Scouting – Research niche topics and identify opportunities for viral shorts.
Performance Tracking – Maintain and analyse performance reports, ensuring all data is organised in tracking sheets.
Content Ideation & Review – Contribute fresh ideas for engaging shorts and review drafts for quality.
Follow-Ups & Coordination – Work closely with creators, editors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
Understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and audience engagement tactics.
Strong research skills to spot emerging trends and niches.
Organised and detail-oriented, with good spreadsheet and reporting skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to judge what will work on YouTube Shorts.
Preferred : Prior experience in YouTube channel management or content strategy.
End-to-end exposure to YouTube content strategy and growth.
