Job Responsibilities
. Content Scheduling & Publishing
- Post daily content across all social
media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) according to
the content calendar.
- Coordinate with designers and
videographers to ensure timely delivery of required visual assets.
- Write engaging and brand-appropriate
captions and hashtags in English and Arabic.
2. Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments,
direct messages, and mentions in a professional and timely manner.
- Escalate sensitive inquiries or
customer service concerns to the sales department.
- Engage with followers and relevant
communities to build a positive brand presence.
3. Platform Monitoring & Insights
- Track key performance metrics
(likes, shares, reach, comments, engagement rates) across platforms.
- Provide regular performance reports
to the Social Media Manager with observations and suggestions.
- Stay up to date with trends,
hashtags, and platform updates.
4. Campaign Support
- Assist in the execution of paid and organic
social media campaigns.
- Support influencer collaborations
and user-generated content promotions.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for
content ideas, seasonal campaigns, and new formats.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media,
Communications, or a related field.
Requirements
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience managing
social media platforms, preferably in a brand or agency setting
- Strong writing and communication
skills with attention to tone and detail
- Familiar with Instagram, Facebook,
TikTok, LinkedIn, and platform management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer,
or Meta Business Suite)
- Basic understanding of social media
analytics
- Creative mindset, team player, and
highly organized
- Basic design or video editing skills
(Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
- Consistency and timeliness of
content posting
- Engagement rate and follower growth
- Response time and quality of
community management
- Contribution to campaign success and
platform innovation
- Accuracy and reliability in
performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
