The Opportunity
Social Media Executive reporting to our Brand and Communications Team
You will be responsible for Multiverse's owned social media channels and will include copywriting, content management, posting, and reporting.
Specifically, you will:

- Social media strategy that supports communications objectives and is aligned to business KPIs
- Creation of social-first content, collaborating with our internal creative team and external agency partners
- Creative copy that's aligned to our TOV and drives engagement with both a B2C and B2B audience
Manage...
- Own and manage social media as a digital marketing channel and manage performance on a monthly basis. Channel responsibility will include: Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram & TikTok
- Manage and engage with our growing community - from early career starters through to the world's largest companies
Build...
- Build strong internal relationships at Multiverse and develop strong internal processes
Inspire...
- Inspire Multiversers to engage with owned social channels and support them in utilising social platforms to grow their professional networks
About you
Self-starter: able to work in a fast-paced environment (ideally within a high-growth start-up or scale-up business).
Creative thinker: who's able to carefully balance art and science to drive social channel growth and audience engagement
Ability to create unique and social-first content: that drives engagement and growth
Strong communicator: natural way with words. Copywriting skills with an ability to tailor content for specific platforms and audiences
Excellent project and time management skills and you're able to prioritise your workload effectively
Strong understanding of social media & trends: including platforms, algorithms, and trends, and a passion for exploring new features
