Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality video and graphic content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Write compelling copy, hooks, and captions optimized for audience engagement.
- Stay on top of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, from ideation to execution and reporting.
- Monitor performance metrics and use data to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (beauty, skincare, or DTC e-commerce preferred).
- Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on TikTok and Instagram.
- Strong video editing and graphic design skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar tools).
- Excellent copywriting ability with a focus on creative hooks and captions.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, pop culture, and platform-native content.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategy.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills.
