We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Coordinator to focus on producing content for our TikTok channel. This role requires someone who understands TikTok’s unique culture and is skilled in producing engaging, trend-driven, and original video content. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content creation and editing, along with an innate understanding of the TikTok platform’s algorithm and audience preferences.


YOUR MISSION:

  • Create and produce content: Develop, film, and edit engaging TikTok content that resonates with our audience and showcases cultural trends, fashion, and creativity.
  • Lead innovation on TikTok: Stay ahead of trends and produce innovative, original content that speaks to our TikTok audience.
  • Manage TikTok presence: Post, schedule, and manage content, ensuring consistency and engagement across the platform.
  • Engage with community: Actively respond to comments and messages, sparking conversations and maintaining a lively, interactive presence on TikTok.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with the Social Media Manager to align on content strategy and ensure brand consistency across all social platforms.


YOUR SKILLS:

  • Proven experience (1-2 years) creating engaging social-first content for fashion brands or similar industries, with a strong portfolio showcasing original work on TikTok.
  • Expertise in video editing, with the ability to create visually compelling and trend-driven content.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, specifically TikTok, and a deep knowledge of current trends, algorithmic changes, and best practices.
  • Passionate about fashion, style, and product storytelling with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creative teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail.

The range is based on many factors including location, experience, and relevant skill set. In addition to salary and an employee benefits package, successful candidates will be eligible for variable pay.
