Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for different brands across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
• Create engaging content: brainstorm, pitch, and adapt real-time trends into social-first assets to support business campaigns.
• Plan and oversee brand communication, ensuring consistency across different channels.
• Analyze and track performance, optimizing content based on audience engagement and key metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to align content with business and marketing objectives.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, balancing deadlines and stakeholder priorities.
• Experiment with new ideas and formats, continuously refining content strategies.

Core requirements

• Proven years of experience in social media strategy execution (global audience experience is a plus).
• Proven experience in creating and managing content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse content creation and brand strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize content.
• Good understanding of the social web (blogs, forums, social networks, microblogs, ratings, and reviews).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing funnels and Google Analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and excellent time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to make complex ideas accessible.
• Passion for staying up to date with the latest social media trends.

Salary Range

• Gross Salary 2400-3900 EUR/Month
