We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Content Editor & Admin Assistant to support our South-East Asia Group Manager and contribute to the ongoing growth and brand presence of SAOTA, ARRCC, and OKHA.
This role is ideal for a confident writer with a strong editorial eye, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for storytelling across digital and print platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality, persuasive, and error-free content that aligns with each brand’s voice and marketing objectives, while also providing administrative and media-related support for Southeast Asia business development initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Write clear, compelling, and grammatically precise copy for digital and print marketing materials, including:
- Website content
- Email newsletters and campaigns
- Social media posts
- Advertisements
- Product descriptions
- Brochures and print collateral
Brand Alignment
- Ensure all content aligns with the distinct brand voice and tone of SAOTA, ARRCC, and OKHA
- Maintain consistency in messaging across all platforms
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to develop content strategies that support campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for content and campaigns
Editing & Quality Control
- Edit and proofread all copy for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guides
- Ensure all content is error-free prior to publication
Research & Strategy
- Research target audiences, market trends, and competitors to inform content direction
- Contribute to content strategies that support brand building and audience engagement
Project Management
- Manage multiple writing and content projects simultaneously
- Prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate with clients where applicable to understand briefs and deliver high-quality content that meets expectations
Business Development Support
- Assist the Southeast Asia Group Manager with media-related and administrative activities supporting business expansion and development in the region
- Experience: 2–4 years’ experience in copywriting within marketing, advertising, or media
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Writing Ability: Excellent command of English with strong grammar, punctuation, and storytelling skills
- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO principles and experience producing optimised content
- Creativity: Ability to generate innovative, engaging content that stands out
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and consistency across all written material
- Time Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust tone and style for different audiences and platforms
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong cross-team collaboration
- Digital Proficiency: Experience with CMS platforms, social media tools, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (advantageous)
- Graphic Awareness: Understanding of visual elements and the ability to edit content to enhance presentation
- Experience within the architecture or design industry
- Familiarity with or experience in the Southeast Asian market
- Proven ability to develop and implement content strategies
- Ability to produce technical or specialised content when required
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles
- A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across platforms, formats, and industries
