About the Job
We are looking for a Social Media & Brand Programs, PR Lead France to join the Levi’s® Marketing Department at our Paris office, for a 7-month fixed-term contract starting in February 2026.
You will be responsible for leading the Brand Marketing activity through PR, our Haus of Straus, Social Media, and Brand Programs for the French market. You will develop brand notoriety and reputation through engaging marketing programs that elevate and differentiate the brand, always staying true to our values. You will ensure the delivery of the brand mission and vision beyond seasonal campaigns. You will drive and deliver brand performance based on consumer insights and our Global Strategic Plan.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 3 direct reports: Haus Manager, PR Specialist, SoMe & BP SpecialistPR- Lead the PR strategy in line with the global brand strategy and European specific needs; ensure that all initiatives are in line with the global brand positioning and key messages.
- Pilot strategic development of all Influencers/Talent/ Micro influencers/ Creators digital contents and with editorial and digital press for France with emphasis on building strong relationships with editors and creators
- Work on synergies with Brand Media team and Performance team to leverage and optimize investment/ROI
- Support on PR daily activity management & operational efficiency
- Lead the Haus of Strauss Strategy (dedicated VIP Showroom in Paris)
- Play a key role to execute our Fashion Week activation in close relationship with Global & European stakeholders
- Support on Haus daily activity management & operational efficiency
- Lead social media strategy to promote the brand and specific initiatives; ensure that Levi’s continues to be best-in-class in France
- Closely work with the Brand Media Manager to ensure consistency with earned & owned media for the French Market with a key focus on Paris
- Partner with external suppliers to innovate the way we engage with consumers in a social media perspective
- Lead the Brand Programs Strategy for France around key brand pillars : Music, Sport & Diversity & Inclusion
- Cultivate brand enhancing strategic partnerships (celebrities/influencers/creators/partners) to help build the brand's center of culture credentials
About You
- Extensive experience in a global, branded consumer environment. Experience with an iconic brand is essential - apparel, youth or entertainment industry.
- Proven people management skills (minimum 3 years), with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop talents
- Strong PR, SoMe & Brand Programs & Project Management expertise
- Drive budget management excellence & activation efficiency (Tradeshift)
- Versatility: Preferably multi skilled experiences (Retail/Wholesale/Digital), intensive working in cross functional teams
- Multiplier at heart: Matrix understanding/stakeholder management.
- Brand/Consumer Expert: Ability to “read” the marketplace and be culturally connected.
- Proactive and flexible: demonstrating high level of flexibility and initiative
- English is a must, other language skills are a plus
This is a hybrid position based in our Paris office. You will be expected in office minimum 3 days per week. Time in office can vary depending on business needs.
