Purpose of Position

• CASETiFY is currently recruiting a dynamic and trend-savvy Social Media Associate (Co-Lab) to drive execution excellence in our marketing campaign plannings and social media rollout, focusing on CASETiFY Co-Lab and partnerships. This role will collaborate closely with the Business Development Team and the Creative Team to create cohesive marketing efforts across diverse Co-Lab projects on a global scale. 
• The position reports directly to the Assistant Brand Marketing Manager (Co-Lab) and collaborates with various regional department leads on their marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in visual curation and storytelling - leading the ideation and execution of global social media campaigns (Co-Lab) that embody the CASETiFY brand.

Job Description

Social Media Planning & Executions

• Lead and execute marketing campaigns on social media, with a strong focus on boosting social engagement and organic following, Manage analytical tools to conduct post-campaign, monthly, annual social reports or special reports to derive insights.
• Develop and manage the @casetify_colab posting calendar aligned with major Co-Lab launch dates, update social marketing trackers for internal and external team visibility on posting plan, as well as creating on-brand copy briefs and approve final marketing copies for social channels.
• Craft project briefs for external creators to develop high-quality UGC/ influencer content for social media and be able to follow-up the operations related to so.
• Compile social media toolkits for global and regional synergy, distribute respective information to regional teams and oversee the alignment with posting plans.

Campaign Planning & Project Management Assistance

• Support the Assistant Brand Marketing Manager (Co-Lab) in ideating and executing marketing activations for Co-Labs and partnerships, outlining the creative briefs with compelling visual presentations that resonate with social best practices, audience insights, and goals of partnership campaigns.
• Identify emerging social and visual trends in technology, lifestyle, fashion that would resonate with the CASETiFY community. Translating these trends into tangible content ideas for Co-Lab campaigns. 
• Align and follow-up timelines with Creative Team/ Business Development Team to ensure timely posting execution with minimal supervision. Assist in managing different counterparts and ensuring alignment with the broader brand strategy.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of social media/brand marketing experience, preferably within a creative agency or media titles focused on campaign development.
• Exceptional ability in creative direction, visual communication, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Keynote or other graphic applications.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently, proactive team player with a responsible problem-solving mindset. 
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills in English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
