We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness and customer engagement across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand’s objectives and enhances our digital presence. Identify key platforms, target audiences, and engagement strategies to grow our following and engagement.

Content Creation and Management: Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms. Develop creative campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Community Engagement: Engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally. Build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to enhance community engagement and brand loyalty.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize content for maximum impact.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging guidelines. Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including design, sales, and product, to develop and align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content that supports campaigns and product launches.

SEO and SEM Management: Oversee the implementation of SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Work with the marketing team to optimize website content, meta descriptions, and keywords.

Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers and industry partners to promote brand awareness and engagement. Develop partnerships and manage influencer relationships to amplify our social media presence.

Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, technologies, and best practices. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Skills and Qualifications:

Social Media Expertise: 5+ years of experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Content Creation: Proven experience in creating engaging content for social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written content. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software is a plus.

Analytics and Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social). Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing strategies. Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft compelling and persuasive messages tailored to different audiences.

Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.

Creativity and Innovation: Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation. Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.

Brand Awareness and Reputation Management: Experience in managing brand reputation and building brand awareness through social media channels.

Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience in the Automotive or Related Industries: Prior experience working in the automotive or related industries is a plus, but not required.

Experience with Marketing Automation Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.

Influencer Marketing Experience: Experience working with influencers and managing influencer marketing campaigns.
