The Role:
Scorability is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Manager to lead our paid, organic, and influencer social programs. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling social strategies that grow our brand, drive engagement, and deliver measurable results. You’ll manage the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns while also leading influencer recruitment and partnerships to expand our reach.
What you’ll do:
Own and grow Scorability’s social media presence and influencer partnerships, creating content (in partnership with the Marketing team) and campaigns that expand our reach, drive engagement, and turn athletes, coaches, and parents into passionate advocates for our brand.
Social Media Marketing:
- Lead B2B and D2C strategy for unpaid and paid social across all channels including but not limited to X, TikTok, Meta and more to help bring engagement and awareness to Scorability
- Manage paid media campaigns, pulling the levers on media spend, targeting, creative, and bid strategy
- Manage all paid asset briefs and creative on each platform, ensuring creative and campaigns perform well
- Identify key insights through regular analyses of campaigns to determine opportunities, issues, and test opportunities
Influencer Marketing:
- Recruit and manage relationships with athletes, coaches and other relevant influencers as part of monthly campaigns to drive discovery and demand for Scorability’s offerings
- Develop and track influencer analytics, determining level of spend, return, and engagement yielded from influencer campaigns
- Manage briefs and recruitment playbook, identifying the influencer strategy that works well for our brand and products
Experience we’re seeking:
- 5–8 years of experience leading social media and influencer programs at a growing company (B2B and/or D2C required, both preferred)
- Proven track record managing paid social campaigns across major platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) with measurable impact on engagement, awareness, and conversions
- Hands-on experience developing and executing end-to-end social strategies, including content planning, paid media optimization, and audience targeting
- Demonstrated ability to manage influencer marketing programs, including recruiting, negotiating, and building long-term relationships with creators, athletes, or brand advocates
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations to optimize performance
- Experience managing creative development and assets across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign goals
- Skilled at developing influencer briefs, recruitment playbooks, and reporting frameworks to measure ROI and engagement
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with product, marketing, and creative teams to drive brand growth
- Proficient in writing persuasive, social optimized content that aligns with a brand voice
