As the Social Media Manager, you will lead and grow our brand’s presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and more. You’ll create and oversee content, manage influencers and agencies, and ensure brand consistency. Comfortable on camera when needed, you will drive community engagement and retention while maintaining a structured social media calendar. Data-driven insights will guide your strategies to optimize performance. This on-site role requires fluency in English. You will report to the Head of Marketing.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Community Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Telegram to drive community engagement, growth, and retention while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Content Creation & Leadership: Create high-quality, engaging content (videos, graphics, reels, and posts) and lead other content creators to maintain a strong brand voice and positioning. Be comfortable appearing on camera when necessary.
  • Influencer & Agency Management: Oversee relationships with influencers, agencies, and external partners to ensure high-quality content delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Content Planning & Organization: Manage a structured content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and business goals while maintaining an organized workflow.
  • Analytics & Performance Optimization: Track, analyze, and optimize content performance using social media analytics tools. Provide data-driven insights and reports to enhance engagement and strategy.
  • Trend & Innovation Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to continuously innovate and optimize content strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6+ years in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage content creators, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Content Creation Expertise: Strong skills in video production, editing, and graphic design using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Telegram.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to track and analyze social media performance metrics, optimize engagement strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly structured and detail-oriented, with experience managing a content calendar efficiently.
  • Influencer & Agency Coordination: Experience working with influencers and external agencies to ensure successful collaborations.
  • Presentation & Reporting: Ability to build and present compelling reports with insights and strategic recommendations.
  • On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable appearing in front of the camera to create engaging video content when required.
  • Native/ Bilingual in English.
  • Availability: Must be available for a fully onsite position at our office, in Madrid or Limassol.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and content workflows efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience collaborating with internal teams, executives, and external partners to align social media efforts with business goals.
  • Crisis Management & Brand Reputation: Ability to handle social media crises, manage brand perception, and respond effectively to sensitive situations
