The Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and social media–savvy individual to join our Brand Marketing team. As the Social Media & Community Coordinator, you’ll bring Fair Harbor’s story to life across digital platforms, drive engagement, and foster community with our customers and ambassadors.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Management

  • Manage daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest

  • Create and manage social media calendars aligned with launches and campaigns

  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, CTR)

  • Stay on top of cultural and digital trends to create real-time, on-brand content

Content Creation

  • Partner with the creative team to develop authentic, engaging content

  • Write compelling captions and copy that spark interaction and community growth

  • Source and curate user-generated content (UGC) from ambassadors and creators

Community Engagement

  • Respond to DMs, comments, and conversations across platforms

  • Manage Fair Harbor’s Brand Ambassador Program, including onboarding and communications

  • Develop and oversee creator gifting strategies to drive awareness and growth

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 1–2 years of social media, marketing, or related experience (internships count!)

  • Strong knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

  • Excellent writing and editing skills

  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Experience with social scheduling/analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social)

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
