Job Description
As the Social Media Analyst at EdgeUno, you will support the execution and optimization of our social media presence, helping to strengthen brand positioning, grow audience engagement, and amplify our voice across the telecom and digital infrastructure ecosystem. This role combines content creation, community interaction, performance tracking, and cross functional collaboration to ensure consistent and impactful digital communication, primarily focused on LinkedIn and professional digital channels.
You will work closely with the marketing and commercial teams to plan content, monitor engagement, analyze performance metrics, and support campaigns that reinforce EdgeUno’s presence among ISPs, hyperscalers, content platforms, and enterprise customers. We are seeking a creative, analytical, and proactive professional who is comfortable operating in a fast paced, high growth environment.
Core Responsibilities
Content & Channel Management:
• Create, schedule, and publish content across EdgeUno’s social media presence, primarily LinkedIn and other professional digital channels.
• Adapt messaging for technical and commercial audiences while maintaining brand consistency and clarity.
• Support development of visual and written content aligned with marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, and company initiatives.
Community Engagement & Brand Monitoring:
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across digital channels and respond appropriately in alignment with brand voice.
• Track online sentiment and escalate potential reputation risks when necessary.
• Support relationship building with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders through consistent engagement.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
• Track engagement, reach, and content performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and audience growth.
• Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve visibility and interaction.
• Support testing and optimization of content formats, messaging, and posting cadence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to support announcements, campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Assist in promoting events, partnerships, product launches, and strategic initiatives across digital channels.
Requirements:
• C1 English
• 4+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content-related roles.
• Experience creating and managing content for professional or B2B digital channels.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to tone, clarity, and consistency.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret engagement metrics and translate data into improvements.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Familiarity with using AI-powered tools to support content creation, research, and productivity in daily work.
Nice to Have:
• Experience in telecom, cloud, hosting, or technology infrastructure industries.
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish.
• Experience with social media analytics, listening, and scheduling tools.
• Basic understanding of B2B content strategy and brand positioning.
• Experience working in a startup or high growth environments.
