Job Description

  • Social Media Strategy & Content Planning
    • Develop and execute a localized social media strategy in alignment with global brand direction.
    • Collaborate with the global social, design, and creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across platforms.
    • Lead the planning, development, and execution of the Korean social media content calendar.
    • Partner with the KR Content Producer to create high-quality, on-trend content that captures Korean consumer interests.
  • Content Development & Execution
    • Identify key content needs and develop a monthly content program tailored to the Korean audience.
    • Brief the Content Producer on detailed content ideas, coordinating shoots, post-production, and publishing.
    • Manage the KR social media grid, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.
    • Supervise and provide guidance to the KR Content Producer to ensure alignment with brand strategy and execution excellence.
  • Social Media Marketing Campaigns
    • Plan and execute social media-driven marketing campaigns from market research to final execution.
    • Develop creative proposals and campaign concepts aligned with brand objectives.
    • Track and manage campaign timelines, ensuring timely execution and high-quality deliverables.
  • Global Coordination & Asset Management
    • Align with global social teams to leverage global content assets for the Korean market.
    • Track, communicate, and manage global social account timelines and ensure seamless integration into local plans.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and campaign results.
    • Generate social data reports, sharing key insights and recommendations with cross-functional teams.
    • Continuously optimize content and campaigns based on performance data and market trends.
  • Agency & Influencer Collaboration
    • Manage relationships with local creative agencies and studios for content creation and copywriting.
    • Stay up-to-date with social media and influencer trends, providing competitive insights and recommendations.
    • Identify opportunities to collaborate with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to amplify brand presence.

Repuirements

  • 7+ years of related experience working in the Marketing or Social Media field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
  • Social media obsessed: live and breathe social media, be up to date with the latest social trends and best practices, and are the first to test new features when they launch
  • Experience with visual storytelling, and producing compelling and engaging social content
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Keynotes and Slides
  • Ability to handle multiple, high-priority projects in a demanding environment
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership, and accountability for business
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills on both technical and non-technical matters
  • Strong proficiency and fluency in English & Korean is a must
