About the Role
Requirements:

8-10 years of social media marketing experience.

Deep understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.

Experience with social listening, community management, and influencer marketing.

Strong analytical skills and ability to set up social metrics, KPI, and report on social content & campaign performance.

In-depth knowledge of cultural trends, communities, and influencers.
Job Description:

Lead the planning and execution of social media operations for clients. Responsibilities include:

Developing social media strategies, including setting metrics and KPIs, defining platform strategies, and establishing creative guidelines for social content.

Creating briefs for social content and campaign initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Liaising with clients on day-to-day social media operations, including marketing calendars, brand campaign alignment, and communication with relevant stakeholders.

Managing social media communities and influencer collaborations.

Tracking and analyzing social media performance.

Staying up-to-date on social media trends, culture, and platform best practices.
