CASE is looking for a visually motivated, agile, and passionate social media intern to support us with content strategy, storytelling, and copywriting for our clients, primarily in the beauty space. In this internship you will build your resume while gaining first-hand knowledge in front-to-back content creation, social native visual communication, and partnership management.
As a CASE intern, you will:
· Work collaboratively with CASE teams to build successful creative partnerships with our clients.
· Support the team in the development of social strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement and conversion while maintaining social calendars
· Analyze client data to identify areas of opportunity; inform creative execution and insights.
· Present clear, well-organized learnings and recommend social next-steps forward to internal creative teams.
· Work with creative and design teams to ideate and prepare layouts, storyboards and creative visuals.
· Assist with phone / video production and various operational tasks within the studio, as needed.
· Attend client meetings and assist in presenting findings when possible.
· Become familiar with brand voice to support the social team with copywriting and branded concept creation.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Pursuing a BA/BS degree; previous internship experience in a creative environment (advertising agency or design firm) preferred.
· Obsessed with the beauty/wellness industries, familiar with the competitive landscape.
· Passionate about social media, AI and ecommerce, with a desire to always know what’s new and next.
· Understanding of the digital ecosystem, including familiarity with paid, earned, and owned media and best practices for social platforms - Instagram and TikTok.
· Dynamic, positive and solution-oriented with a talent for building relationships.
· Highly-organized and detail-oriented, with excellent oral and written communication skills
· Able to successfully manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
· Fluent in spreadsheets (Excel, Numbers or Google sheets), and presentation software (Keynote, PowerPoint or Google slides); experience with Figma preferred
· U.S. citizen or authorized to live and work in the U.S.
DETAILS
· Location: NYC
· Duration: Approximately 10 - 14 weeks
· Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
· Compensation: CASE interns are paid hourly (based on the current New York State hourly rate of $17 per hour) and are not eligible for benefits
