We´re always on the lookout for spectacular talent. Currently at Burson we are looking for a Social Content Creator to join our Creative team in Madrid.

What you’ll do:

  • Conceptualize and create dynamic and engaging visual content (video and photography) for various social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.), adapting to the specific formats and trends of each network.
  • Shoot and photograph original content using professional cameras and/or mobile devices, ensuring high visual and narrative quality.
  • Edit and animate videos using tools such as Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, among others.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team and the digital team to develop content aligned with brand strategies and client objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, formats, and best practices on social media, and apply them to your daily work.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and concept development alongside the creative team.
  • Adapt key messages and briefs into content pieces that resonate with target audiences.
  • Create visual and narrative proposals for internal and external presentations.

What will contribute to your success:

  • You have 2-3 years of experience creating video and photography content for social media, ideally in an advertising, communication, or digital agency.
  • Proficiency in editing and animation tools such as Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, as well as mobile editing tools like CapCut or InShot.
  • Experience shooting video and photography with both professional cameras and mobile devices.
  • In-depth knowledge of the features, formats, and audiences of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
  • Proactivity and creative, solutions-orientation, and ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and dynamic environments.
