About the Role
Own our social presence and communities (Facebook Page/Groups, Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit/Discord). You’ll turn users into fans through great content, fast replies, and creative community programs.
What you’ll do
Social (day‑to‑day)
- Run the content calendar: plan weekly themes, write captions, schedule posts, and maintain a consistent brand voice (VN + EN as needed).
- Publish and optimize short‑form video (reels/shorts), carousels, and stories in partnership with the Content Creator & Designer.
- Moderate comments/DMs and reply with empathy and speed; escalate product or support issues with clear context.
- Use Meta Business Suite/TikTok tools to schedule, boost top posts, and manage inboxes.
- Coordinate with the ASO & UA Specialist to align creatives and landing/store pages for higher conversion.
Community (build & engage)
- Launch/maintain Facebook Group (and, if relevant, Discord/Reddit): write rules, FAQs, and welcome flows.
- Host recurring formats: weekly check‑ins, Q&A threads, challenges, AMAs with founders/experts.
- Grow and manage a micro‑ambassador/UGC program (identify power users, provide prompts, celebrate wins).
- Create simple playbooks: moderation guidelines, escalation paths, crisis comms, comment/DM templates.
Analytics & growth loops
- Track and report weekly: reach, engagement rate, saves/shares, follower growth, click‑through, store page views, installs (via UTM links/deep links with UA).
- Test & learn: posting times, hooks, CTAs, formats, hashtags; share insights and next steps.
- Maintain a tidy UTM taxonomy and collaborate with Growth on experiments that connect social → store → in‑app outcomes.
- Collect user feedback, surface themes to Product/Content, and close the loop publicly when we ship improvements.
Brand safety & compliance
- Ensure content follows platform policies, community rules, and any category‑specific guidelines.
- Keep a calm, respectful tone in tough conversations; protect the community from spam or misinformation.
What success looks like (first 90 days)
- Calendar running with 3–5 posts/week on core channels and a monthly challenge or series.
- Response time to comments/DMs under 6 hours during workdays, with a simple coverage plan for peak times.
- Set up baseline dashboards; deliver a weekly one‑pager: wins, misses, insights, next tests.
- Launch a micro‑ambassador pilot (10–20 candidates) and generate consistent UGC.
- Measurable lift in engagement rate and clicks to store, with top posts flagged for paid boosting.
What you need
- 2+ years managing brand social pages/communities (preferably consumer apps).
- Strong writing in English (and Vietnamese a plus); quick, friendly, on‑brand tone.
- Comfortable on Facebook/Instagram/TikTok; basic video editing for reels/shorts.
- Hands‑on with scheduling and social inbox tools; data‑curious (can read a dashboard, spot patterns).
- Organized, responsive, and calm under pressure.
Nice‑to‑haves
- Experience in health/fitness, productivity, or similar consumer categories.
- Experience running communities on Discord/Reddit/Telegram.
- Basic design skills (Figma/Canva) and live streaming.
- Ran creator/affiliate or referral programs before.
