Social Commerce Specialist
Shark Home • Shark Beauty • Ninja

The Role
We are not looking for someone to moderate comments. We are looking for someone who lives on the For You Page, understands that a single reply in the right comment section can outperform a paid campaign, and treats community as the brand's most powerful asset. You will own community management across three distinct brands and audiences - Shark Home, Shark Beauty, and Ninja - with Instagram and TikTok as your primary stage.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Drive Social Commerce Growth
  • You'll help turn creator influence into measurable commercial results by supporting and scaling SharkNinja's social commerce programmes.
  • Identify creators with strong commerce potential and support their activation as affiliate and performance partners.
  • Execute social commerce campaigns that connect social engagement with conversion and sales.
  • Help develop and refine playbooks, processes, and best practices that can be scaled across brands and markets.
  • Stay on top of social commerce trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.
  • You'll work closely with Commercial, Retail Marketing, Ecommerce, and Social teams to bring social commerce into key business moments.
  • Support creator-led activations around product launches, promotions, retailer events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Translate creator insights and social trends into actionable recommendations for retail and commercial teams.
  • Help educate internal stakeholders on how social commerce and creator partnerships drive conversion and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure social commerce activity aligns with business objectives.
  • Manage Affiliate & Performance Programmes
  • You'll support the day-to-day execution and optimisation of affiliate and social commerce initiatives.
  • Manage affiliate and social commerce platforms including Amazon Associates, LTK, TikTok Shop, Impact, and similar tools.
  • Support creator onboarding, commission management, tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Monitor programme performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
  • Flag high-performing creator content for amplification through paid media and retail channels.
  • Measure and Optimise Performance
  • You'll help ensure social commerce activity is tracked, analysed, and continuously improved.
  • Track key performance metrics including clicks, conversions, sales, and revenue influence.
  • Build regular reporting dashboards and performance summaries for stakeholders.
  • Work with Analytics and Finance teams to validate performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Use data and insights to recommend optimisations and future investment areas.

  • 3-5 years of experience in social commerce, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing.
  • Experience working with affiliate platforms, creator commerce tools, or performance-based marketing programmes.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for understanding what drives engagement, conversion, and sales.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with Social, Ecommerce, Commercial, Media, and Brand teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
