We are seeking a Social Commerce Specialist to implement the strategy, manage operations, and innovation for social shops across platforms such as TikTok Shop and Meta Shop. This role will oversee shop operations, and partner across teams to deliver growth, efficiency, and best-in-class consumer experiences. This role combines strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities, leadership, and deep platform knowledge to grow presence and conversion within native social environments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day shop operations, ensuring accuracy, availability, and performance.
Execute the social commerce strategy aligned to business and brand goals.
Bring forward assortment and merchandising best practices.
Backend operations – proactively monitor health score and troubleshooting violations with stakeholders
Support with monitoring and acting on emerging trends in Social Commerce, creator marketplaces, influencer integration, and in-app checkout functionalities.
Oversee day-to-day shop operations, ensuring accuracy, availability, and performance.
Interact with platform relationships with Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and relevant tech or agency partners to help stay ahead of algorithm changes, product features, and best practices.
Collaborate as needed to help respond to vendor and agency needs (e.g., creators, influencers, third-party agencies)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, inventory, operations, and strategy.
Develop processes and workflows to optimize team efficiency.
· Manage product categories for accuracy (products, items, descriptions, inventory, images, etc.
Track performance and deliver insights, reporting regularly on KPIs such as GMV, conversion, shop metrics to inform optimizations
Implement experimentation on roadmaps (e.g., A/B testing, new formats, targeting strategies) to continuously improve KPIs.
Required Experience
2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Paid Social, or E-commerce, directly involved in Social Commerce initiatives or social shop management.
Deep working knowledge of social commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Meta Shop, etc.); confident in using them for campaign setup, catalog management, and performance optimization.
Strong background in merchandising, assortment planning, and eCommerce operations.
Experience managing influencer/creator campaigns with measurable ROI
Analytical, process-oriented, and detail-driven, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action and storytelling.
Fluent in English – C1 level or higher.
A bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Digital Marketing, Social Commerce, social media, Information Technology, or a related field.
