This project sits inside one of the world's largest consumer goods companies — a global portfolio of trusted, everyday brands spanning beauty, grooming, health care, and home care.
Job DescriptionHourly Rate: $80/hr
Hours: 16 hrs/week
Duration: 7 weeks
We're casting a Social Art Director to partner with a Social Content Editor as the two of you work directly with a small group of influencers who are filming and developing their own content. Together, you'll shape that raw footage into a finished nine-video series — staying true to the brand's guidelines while making the final videos feel truly native to the platform, not like a traditional commercial. Footage comes in from three creators on a rolling schedule, with editing happening in parallel as new footage lands. Production support is in place to help keep the schedule and handoffs on track.
Design the graphic system — titles, lower thirds, transitions — that ties all nine videos together as one series, even though three different creators are each doing their own thing on camera.
Build within the brand's existing brand book and visual identity, but adapt it for social. This isn't clean broadcast-style graphics; it's how motion graphics actually look and move on Reels and TikTok.
Give creative input on story points and shot lists before filming starts, so the editor has everything needed to build a complete story.
Act as a creative sounding board alongside the editor through the rolling edit, helping keep tone and pacing consistent across all three creators.
Art direction or graphic design experience built for social, not just print or broadcast.
An eye for what makes motion graphics feel native to a platform instead of imported from a TV spot.
Experience building a visual system that holds together across multiple pieces of content and multiple types of raw material.
Comfort giving creative direction as well as making the graphics yourself — this role carries some storytelling oversight too.
Availability for 16 hours a week across the seven-week run, with more time needed up front and at key review points.
