Tuff is a growth marketing team working with clients to drive growth by creating, managing, measuring, and optimizing high-performing acquisition campaigns. We’re a fully remote and small team with endless opportunities for autonomy, ownership, and impact.

We work with clients in nearly every industry and a typical engagement with Tuff includes Paid Media, SEO, Content Strategy, Creative, Data, and CRO. Every account has a dedicated Growth Marketing lead and is supported by various channel experts.

As the fourth addition to the Paid Social team, you would be instrumental in driving scalable growth through paid social channels for our partners and Tuff.

Within 30 days, you’ll…

  • Focus on understanding the current operations, processes, and culture of Tuff. 
  • Manage social campaigns for 3-5 partners, meeting with the internal teams and external stakeholders weekly
  • Shadow Kate, Emily, and Jack on three different partners to learn Tuff’s partner management process and what’s expected (weekly notes, reporting, and campaign optimizations) 
  • Join weekly team meetings 
  • Craft your Individual Development Plan (IDP) that maps back to business impact and personal development goals

Within 60 days, you’ll…

  • Manage social campaigns for 5-7 partners, meeting with the internal teams and external stakeholders weekly
  • Manage reporting for all social campaigns, including in-platform metrics as well as partner-specific CRMs (like Hubspot, Mixpanel, Shopify, AppsFlyer)
  • Collaborate with the paid team on Tuff’s quarterly initiatives 

Within 90 days, you’ll…

  • Fully integrate into Tuff’s teams and systems 
  • Manage social campaigns for 7-10 partners, meeting with the internal teams and external stakeholders on a weekly basis
  • Contribute to Tuff’s content strategy by writing and or remediating existing blog content to improve organic search rankings

About You: 

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in paid social strategy and execution.
  • You are performance-marketing minded and have experience tying every social ad dollar spent back to revenue growth. 
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and have an empathetic communication style.
  • You are a thought leader who can clearly and proactively identify and implement paid social solutions for our partners.
  • You have a learning mindset. You are committed to getting better every day.
  • You have a bias toward action and are both efficient and adaptable.

The starting salary range for this role is $76,000-$97,000 (we use a compensation formula that adjusts for experience).
