• Create diverse content for Rozmova’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Independently produce posts, short videos, and stories.
• Publish content on social media and track analytics.
• Engage with our audience: respond to DMs, comments, and stories.
• Manage influencer collaborations: find and work with bloggers and opinion leaders to build effective partnerships that boost brand awareness.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure efficient implementation and a smooth design-to-development workflow.
• Systematize design work into updates to the design system, guidelines, and minimal brand identity assets, ensuring scalability and consistency.

• 3+ years of experience in communications and high-quality content creation.
• At least an Intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Creative thinking.
• Genuine interest in the mental health field.
• A love for trends—even the craziest ones.
• The ability to spot newsworthy moments in any event.
• Basic design and video editing skills.
• A basic understanding of marketing.
• Time management skills to efficiently allocate time and resources.
