About the role in a nutshell:
As Techery grows, we are looking for a creative and data-driven SMM & Content Specialist. In this role, you’ll elevate our content strategy across variety of channels (such social media as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook; podcast channels, and YouTube), engaging key audiences like C-level executives, tech leads, managers, and engineers. While the primary focus is on the IT industry, our content should also be accessible and compelling for non-technical audiences.
This role demands a blend of expertise in content creation, planning, editing, and distribution, a strong understanding of platform-specific strategies, and a commitment to quality and innovation. What your working routine will include:
Content creation, editing & distribution
- Collaborate with out technical and design teams to plan, create, and edit compelling content across multiple platforms, including short-form podcasts, blogs, videos, and social media posts, with a focus on leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.
- Cut and edit engaging podcast segments for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other channels, writing attention-grabbing titles and descriptions to maximize reach and engagement.
- Oversee audio podcast distribution using aggregators and tools to streamline workflows and maximize reach.
- Refine, enhance and edit content ideas provided by our content team and other contributors, adapting them for platforms in collaboration with the design team.
- Ensure all content aligns with platform best practices and is tailored to resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure seamless, nonstop content updates across platforms, prioritizing creativity, quality, and strategic timing.
Platform management & strategy
- Manage content distribution across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other key platforms, applying best practices unique to each.
- Develop media plans and content strategies that target specific platform audiences and resonate with a tech-focused executive audience.
Targeting & advertising
- Utilize expertise in audience targeting and advertising to reach specific segments effectively, leveraging platform-specific cabinets for audience selection.
- Use analytics to drive strategy, optimizing campaigns for greater engagement and reach.
AI Integration
- Integrate AI tools to enhance content creation, editing, targeting, and analytics, maximizing impact and efficiency.
What you need to get this job:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management, ideally in the tech, AI, or B2B sectors.
- Excellent skills in crafting compelling text content, including articles, social media posts, and blogs.
- Proficiency in video editing, podcast production, and distribution.
- Passionate about AI and motivated to use AI-driven solutions in content processes.
- Familiar with podcast aggregators and tools for efficient audio content distribution.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube content strategies and audience engagement.
- Knowledgeable in targeting and effective advertising techniques.
- Driven, creative, and committed to maintaining high-quality, engaging content.
- Proficiency in English (at least B2 level) for regular communication within the team and across the company.

What We Do
Techery is a digital innovation software company with focus on consumer behavior and automation. Our customers are mainly non-tech companies who need to teleport their operations to 2020.
Our customers realize that the map is being changed and they need more advanced tools to execute their strategies.
Unlike many other digital companies Techery not only knows HOW to write code, but also knows WHAT to write and WHEN to write it. We are one of the few technology companies that won't ask questions like:
