The SMB Indirect team builds scaled, low-touch growth engines for SMB advertisers through Programmatic, Self-Serve, Partnerships, and Performance initiatives. We are seeking an SMB Solutions & Platform Lead to define and scale Jiostar’s SMB advertising stack through partner integrated solutions and self-serve platform. The role combines hands-on solutioning with ecosystem partners (Commerce, AdTech, Retail and Data) and seamless onboarding via integrations and self-serve advertiser platform. You will bridge working with Jiostar product, partnership teams to ideate and operationalize scalable monetization models that deliver outcomes for SMBs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and operationalize monetization solutions with ecosystem partners (commerce, AdTech, retail, data).
- Build repeatable SMB use cases integrating Jiostar inventory, partner data, and measurement frameworks.
- Shape and scale the self-serve ads platform to simplify onboarding, campaign setup, and optimization.
- Collaborate with product, data, and GTM teams to drive automation, adoption, and platform efficiency.
- Represent the SMB charter across product, partnerships, and sales to ensure alignment on roadmap and outcomes
Skills & Attributes for Success:
- Strong understanding of digital ad ecosystems — self-serve, ad serving, measurement, and attribution.
- Ability to translate advertiser and partner needs into scalable product and data solutions.
- Analytical and execution-driven; adept at bridging product, GTM, and partnerships.
- Familiarity with SMB advertiser lifecycle and performance optimization levers.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- 8–15 years in digital advertising, AdTech, or platform monetization roles.
- Proven experience in building or scaling SMB, self-serve, or ecosystem-integrated ad solutions.
- Exposure to commerce, quick commerce, or data-driven partnership environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
