Your Mission & Impact
As an SMB Account Executive, you'll own the complete sales journey from qualification to close, helping innovative SMB companies across industries access the elite talent and AI solutions they need to compete and win. Your mission is to become a trusted advisor who understands each client's unique challenges and crafts tailored solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
Own the Full Sales Cycle - Take complete ownership from initial qualification through contract signature, managing deals ranging from $10k-$200k with SMB clients across diverse industries while leveraging deep knowledge of AI systems and solutions
Lead Discovery-Driven Conversations - Conduct consultative sales conversations that uncover client pain points, explore their technical challenges, and expertly map A.Team's value proposition to their specific needs
Deliver Compelling Presentations - Create and present tailored walkthroughs and proposals that speak directly to each client's goals, team structure, budget constraints, and growth objectives
Drive Seamless Client Success - Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure smooth handoffs and set clients up for long-term success with their A.Team solutions
Exceed Your Targets - Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly quota goals while maintaining impeccable pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy in the CRM
Optimize the Sales Engine - Provide actionable feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to Marketing, helping improve inbound conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness
Continuously Elevate Your Craft - Refine sales messaging, objection handling, and closing techniques through team coaching sessions and collaborative peer reviews
About You
You have 5+ years of consultative closing experience in fast-paced B2B environments, with proven success managing both inbound and outbound deals
You possess a strong track record selling technical SaaS or professional services to startups, SMBs, or mid-market clients
You've demonstrated the ability to quickly identify customer needs, build authentic trust, and successfully close deals in the $10k-$200k range
You're well-versed in structured qualification frameworks like SPIN or MEDDIC and can adapt your approach based on client needs
You're tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging CRM systems, email automation tools, and proposal platforms to maximize efficiency
You thrive in collaborative, feedback-driven cultures and bring a team-oriented mindset to everything you do
