Skillbridge - IT Support

Summary:
In collaboration with the U.S Department of Defense (DoD), the Digital Cloak LLC. Internship Program provides military service members who are within 90 days of separation from military service the opportunity to grow their Information Technology skills. The main goal is to provide hands-on experience with a variety of various IT related tasks.
Digital Cloak is a small woman, minority owned government contractor in Quantico, Virginia specializing in solution architecture, cybersecurity, and mission assurance. Our program allows for hands-on experience working side-by-side with industry professionals while refining technical skills and growing as a professional.
Essential Functions:
•    Work full-time onsite at Digital Cloak Headquarters within a small technical team
•    Install operating systems such as Linux, MacOS, Windows, and configure them
•    Understand many security related practices
•    Introduce professional writing through activities such as writing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documents, business plans, and other technical documents
•    Utilize MS Office suite for related tasks
•    Utilize JAMF for device management
•    Learn to triage help desk tickets and basic troubleshooting
•    Gain experience in areas such as technical support, data management, quality assurance, policy creation, website design, software development, offensive cyber operations, system administration, vulnerability testing, risk analysis, SIEM, technical documentation and more
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•    Must be an Active Duty servicemember and approved for Skillbridge
•    Positive attitude and a willingness to learn a variety of skills and tools
•    Excels in both team and individual work
•    Proficiency in Office 365
•    Ability to multitask and be flexible.
•    Ability to self-learn tools, programming languages, concepts, and/or other task related items.
•    Thorough understanding of internet research
•    Strong oral and written communication skills
•    Ability to stay on task and complete tasks by a given deadline
•    Strong problem solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
•    Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
•    Desire to learn more and expand current knowledge base
•    Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
•    Strong motivation and mission orientation
Physical Job Requirements:
•    This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position (standing and/or seated) more than half the time
•    This position requires the ability to spend more than half the time viewing computer monitors
Qualifications:
•    Current Active Duty Servicemember approved for Skillbridge
•    US Citizenship is required
•    The ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
