Summary:
As a Sitecore lead, you will oversee the design, construction, and configuration of applications, serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project goals are met, providing guidance to your team members, and addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project objectives with organizational goals, ensuring a smooth workflow and effective communication across all levels of the project.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members to enhance overall team performance
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining quality standards
- Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing support and guidance to foster their professional growth
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Sitecore
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices
- Experience with content management systems and digital marketing tools
- Proficient in integrating Sitecore with other platforms and technologies
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Sitecore
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Sitecore Experience Accelerator and Sitecore Commerce
