What we’re looking for: 
We're seeking a trusted On-Site Wellbeing Coordinator who will be the single point of contact between EHE and the client to facilitate and monitor wellbeing programs and initiatives that support the client's health management goals for improving the health and productivity of it's workforce.
The overarching goals are to engage employees in health promotion activities and contribute to reducing healthcare costs, improving employee morale, reducing absenteeism and improving retention and overall wellbeing.
In this role, you will: 

  • Establish and lead a culture of well-being across client's employee population
  • Partner with client's NA benefits team and EIG groups to plan, develop, implement, and monitor company-wide well-being initiatives, including a global strategy aligned with agreed goals and shared preventive health utilization targets 
  • Own the monthly North America well-being content calendar on Engage, including creating, curating, publishing, and promoting wellness-related content and campaigns
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person well-being education sessions on topics such as financial wellness, physical well-being, caregiving, and work-life integration. Deliver manager and employee training designed to increase awareness of available well-being resources and support programs. Coordinate external speakers, vendors, and subject matter experts for wellness education programs. Lead planning and execution of onsite wellness events, health fairs, awareness campaigns, screenings, and employee engagement activities across North America locations
  • Contribute to a culture of health by encouraging employees to engage in the EHE Health preventive healthcare program, including health coaching and care coordination, as appropriate, as well as any other client wellness programs outside of EHE 
  • Make recommendations, including marketing tactics and omni-channel communications, to incorporate new engagement tactics and increase program participation in all wellness programs
  • Share client-specific recommendations and findings through analytics to drive engagement and demonstrate the value of all wellness programs 
  • Serve as a mentor to client's local well-being leaders. 
  • Establish, maintain, and foster positive working relationships throughout client sites and with EHE departments. 

What the role requires: 

  • Bachelor's in health education, health promotion, public health, or related field. 
  • 3–5 years' experience, preferably in corporate health and wellness. 
  • CHES certification and management experience preferred. 
  • Experience with executive teams and workplace well-being strategies. 
  • Skilled in health education on smoking cessation, weight, nutrition, stress, and fitness. 
  • Strong motivational and communication skills, written and verbal. 
  • Experience managing employee communications platforms (e.g., Engage, SharePoint, intranet platforms). 
  • Event planning and program coordination experience in a corporate environment. 
  • Experience developing employee-facing communications and marketing materials. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 
  • Experience working with wellbeing, benefits, employee engagement, or employee experience programs. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. 
  • Hybrid role with travel up to 30%.

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000 and is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications and skills.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in health education, health promotion, public health, or a related field
