The Boeing Company seeks an experienced Site Security Manager to join our team in Aurora, CO.
We are seeking a seasoned Physical Security expert with a strong background in supporting construction projects for classified programs. The successful candidate will possess the ability to obtain SCI access and undergo a polygraph exam.
The role requires developing ICD-705 compliant documents, including Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC), Construction Security Plans (CSP), and TEMPEST Checklist.
As a Site Security Manager (SSM), the candidate will be responsible for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIFs) / Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) design, construction, and accreditation. This will involve creating plans for Protected Distribution Systems, performing technical inspections, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop and respond to Requests for Information.
In addition, the candidate will conduct routine secure area construction project inspections to ensure quality assurance and compliance, as well as conduct Sound Transmission Class (STC) testing to guarantee rated perimeters meet customer requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop ICD-705 compliant documents, including FFC, CSP, and TEMPEST Checklist
- Conduct technical inspections and STC testing
- Monitor, observe, and interact with the construction workers as they accomplish their various tasks to preclude the introduction of electronic, electrical, mechanical, or any other type of hostile surveillance monitoring devices into finished construction
- Screen all equipment, materials, and furnishings destined for use in the controlled construction area, using X-ray machines and any and all other methods of examination as outlined in the requirements and approved by the government
- Operate proposed inspection equipment
- Utilize knowledge of all construction disciplines, including civil architectural, mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering principles
- Read and analyze designs and blueprints and recognize the architect's intended use
- Analyze designs and structural complexities for ulterior purposes not intended by the architect
- Exercise knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD 705) standards, Best Practice Guidelines for Architectural Radio Frequency Shielding (TEMPEST Guidelines), Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), construction principles, and the types of devices used by hostile and friendly intelligence services for the purpose of clandestine surveillance
- Write detailed reports in English and complete the analyses of issues, findings, and security situations that require staff action
- Maintain daily logs during their tour of duty
- Other duties of similar scope and nature as assigned
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years
- Must have adjudicated Counterintelligence polygraph
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, and accrediting SCIFs and SAPFs
- 5+ years of experience with ICD 705 and TEMPEST standards for building and accrediting secure spaces and 32 CFR, Part 117 for DoD collateral spaces
- 5+ years of experience reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
- 5+ years of experience writing Construction Security Plans, conducting and coordinating site security assessments, and creating Fixed Facility Checklists and documentation supporting SCIF, SAPF and Open Storage accreditations
- Completion of U.S. Government-approved SCIF, SAPF, SSM, CST training course(s)

- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Ability to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing requirements for the position
